You should just buy some new heads. (not brand new, but a different set I mean)
You can find some bare ones as low as $150. I've seen some low mileage one for $175 the other day in fact.

How do you know they are warped? Did a machine shop tell you or did you lay them on a flat surface?

A machine shop usually can mill the heads and get them back. Shouldnt be more than $40 to do that. They also should be able to tell you if they are shot. If they are you could use them as practice for porting your own heads. Or you might be able to get $25 out of each for someone else to use that way.

Stock LT1 Heads can be picked up eveyday for $200-$225 complete shipped.
