Want some new exhaust any advice?

I want the whole deal headers, y-pipe, high flow cats and a catback any advice on a good combo?? Right now im stock. I'll be adding a cai soon and then the exhaust then prolly cam and rr. So what gives the lt1 a great sound and the most hp for the buck?

well...how lound do you want it? deep rumble, crazy lound
hooker catback has a nice rumble to it, LT headers will make more power but are tight fit on a lowerd car
post a little more info and we can help

if your gonna lower your car run mac shortys

if your not gonna lower your car run long tubes (jet hot/hooker)

as far as exhaust goes, it really is just up to you on your sound preference. they will all yield about the same gains.

I would say FLP's, custom Y-pipe, and a cutout. That sounds really good.

Here's what I'm doing so maybe this will help. I just bought a Borla system from Thunder racing. This system is adjustable using plates so you can change the tone if you want to. I'm also getting some shorty headers. I was thinking of mac's but you can get Hooker shorties with y-pipe for $559.95 all of which are ceramic coated by Jet-Hot. I do recommend getting ceramic coating. besides looking good it keeps temps down and extends component life. Hope I helped!
