Want to buy an LT1, how much power?

94 Z28, has Headers, Flowmaster Catback and Cold Air Intake, It is a M6, It has also been tuned with new opti sensor,

what kind of power should it have at the wheels? 275?

We are going to need to know what type of headers. Long tube etc. I think 275 would be a good guess. maybe a little low with long tubes.

Might be more, maybe 285 or so.

Mine made 305 with most of the bolt ons that were out at the time.

They are Edelbrock Headers, and the CAI is SLP.

The car makes around 250 give or take 5 stock. So I'd say 275 is about right but no more than that for sure. If you had long tubes (which you don't) it would be more.

If its a normal non-freak car you should see about 270 to 280 with those mods at the wheels. A freak would be closer to 300.

305.8 hp, 330.98 torque through a moser 12 bolt with 4.11's.
