Thumbs up The Wait Is Finaly Over!!!

well before i said that my computer was not communicating with us, now we found it was just a ground wire. anyways it started talking and said that nothing is wrong and i wanted to make sure nothing was wrong before i start modding(paid off car )..

SO.....this is what i just ordered

1.Taylor Spiro-Pro 8mm Spark Plug Wire Set, RED
2.NGK TR55-IX Iridium Spark Plugs, Stock heat range, gapped at .050
3.Crane PS91 igniton Coil for dual connector
4.Arizona Speed & Marine Headers,Y-PIPE
5.Flowtech 3.0" Exhaust Cut-Out
6.Hypertech 160 Degree Thermostat

I got all the ignition stuff because my car was getting 140miles a TANK!!! and started loosing performance...and its good to tune up the car and change all that **** out.

You may see around a 30-35 rwhp increase.

I think you will be closer to 285-290 rwhp.

For M6 cars, it's common for CAI, headers, and a cutout (or high-flow cat-back) to push the RWHP just over the 300rwhp mark. So, being yours is an M6 also you might just hit your target!

If i have headers going into a single cat, which goes to a borla adjustable exhaust, would it be pointless to get a cut out?

Kind of, yeah. You might pick up a couple of HP, but that's it. If the cutout is before the cat then you might see a little more.

Yeah you should be able to hit over 300rwhp. I hope to be around 305 or so after i install those exact same headers on my car in a few weeks.

I'm lucky to get 170 miles to a tank. Let us know if those ignition componets take care of your problem.

Maybe a new set of O2 sensors will help out your fuel consumption problem. Mine is doing the same thing right now and I'm pretty sure thats my problem.

I got a new set of OEM O2,s just waiting for the swap in mine. I only get about 14.9 MPG. not matter where I drive. I think I have read my car (no power enhancing mods) should get good 20 + MPG on the highway.

We'll see how true is that.
