Votmeter is on LOW! What is the problem?

just for future people having the same problem
i solved mine... it was actually the batt. it wasn't keep charge.. it sucked ***...
i gotta new batt, and everything is fine.. although, at idle the voltage still dips into red but thats cause of my under drive pulley.
