Voiding Warranty Issues

I took my LS1 vert into the dealer with a coil pack problem and they told me I also have a broken pushrod.
The service manager is cool but said that the inspector will come out and void my warranty because of roll bar and suspension mods.
I said B/S "Moss/Magnusen Act"

Now anyone want to help me put some teeth into that, download page, SEMA articles etc, so I can have it ready for the inspecter/

Thanks
Evan

i dont see how suspension has anything to do with pushrods. those jackasses would like to void the warranty any way they could. good luck man!

What do you expect from the Stealership??? The service managers job is to get out of it any way possible. That's a bunch of crap. If anything...they should pay you for installing the roll cage and suspension to make it safer so you don't sue them.

they can only void warranty if the aftermarket part in question led specifically to the failure of an OEM part.
