I just got my mail order tune from Trifecta and wanted to let you all know Vince is a class act great to deal with, and extremely helpful and nice. He always was available to answer questions over the phone or with quick E-mail responses. It was a really great experience and very easy to about 3min to load a tune. If any of you are debating on who to use for a mail order tune I would recommend him especially since you don't have to remove your PCM. I am extremely happy with my tune, and wanted to spread the word since I know a lot of people here talk about Madz28 or PCMforless.

 

Yeah most of the time his response to an email is with in 20 minutes. Good guy to deal with.
