hey guys,
I have a question, do I need different tires, now that i'm having the vig 2800 + B&M supercooler + trans go shift kit being installed, do i need to install different tires? i currently have firestone firehawks, which are really good tires. Will these ge ok? do i need nittos? Just gonna drive my z on the street, might see track time once or twice a year. Can u guys help me out. Thanks again.

P.S. what other mods can u recommend for my street machine. I'm going to buy the xe 224/230 114 LSA (114 cause of emissions)
I think i'm going to rebuild the bottom end since i'll be getting the cam put in. Anybody know where they have a 355 bottom end kit? how's the summit kit?

Tires are up to you. How much traction do you want? Your tires might hold, but the nittos will give you the most traction.

You don't have to change tires, but you can change your gears to 3:73 to improve ET.

 

What would the 3:42's do for me? Will the deep transmission pan help also?
