Thats insane, sorry too here about it. But like mustangeater said, at least you have a video of it to look back on. Good luck on the new stroker.

I would say sorry to see that but...............you're probly happy as hell like I was. Mine was ALL stock until last November when I spun that bearing. That's the perfect reason for a good build!

And that video kicked a$$!! Music was PERFECT timing.

No, they dont work, but wow...makes me nervous to buy a LE1 kit now. Plus you have the "better" powder metal connecting rods. What were your mods at the time..LE1 H/C kit and what bolt ons? This was in a manual right? The race with the Z06 bent a push or connecting rod? I was thinking about saving a buck and buying your LE1 cam, but crap not if its cursed! How did you fair against the Z06? How about other races? I have searched a ton to find what that LE1 kit does but havent dug up much. Only thing I can find is RWHP numbers, not even TQ gains.

i lost by 2 cars to the zo6, its an 11.50 car, and 2 weeks later when the rod broke, i was beating a 12.5 ss , and it wasn't funning 100% ever, keps having ignition problems. untuned as well, its a very good cam !
