Check for a cracked or leaking exhaust manifold, and you can put your hand over the EGR valve, because I can hear that making some noise as well.

Its difficlut to tell from the sound clip but it prolly either andexhaust leak like hairb said or a problem with the valvetrain creating noise. Try a stethascope to narrow it down. BTW I couldnt see the video, only the sound clip.

I have got everything from normal injector noise to valve train. The car is not throwing any codes.

I don't know if you all turned up your speakers, but it is the high pitched tapping noise, it seems to accelerate with the engine being revved.

my car is making the exact same noise.

adjusted the rockers several times with no luck.

ditto with the egr.

found one injector that was questionable.

it seems the noise dies down after driving around for 15 - 20 minutes but doesn't completely go away.

maybe some sticky lifters?

I agree with Shoebox...my car makes the same noise and my car has been baby'd to death. It's too soft of a noise to be a knock or ping. I believe its just valvetrain noise.
