Vibration coming from underneath my console

I am getting a vibration from underneath my console - seems to be coming from my transmission - when in park, reverse or drive but not in neutral. It seems to resonate with the lope of my mild cam. This happens only while I am stopped, once I start driving the vibration stops. Any ideas?

Thanks very much,

James

Take a close look at your transmission mount. They are known to deteriorate, particularly if the endemic LT1 manifold or other oil leak has saturated the rear area of the transmission over time. If the mount is becoming spongy or in the early stages of decomposition, the problem will only get worse.

Makes sense, I had a rear main seal oil leak for several months, but it's fixed now.
