Do you have to remove the steering linkage to install shortie headers.I'am asking this because i"am getting a vibration in the steering wheel on the highway.I have check balljoints, tires,wheel aligment was done three years ago.

3 yrs for an alignment isn't really a short time...worth checking again.

also tire balance...

could just be some worn out bushings
