on the very front stud that goes into the pass side manifold that holds the alt support bracket on as well. Is it a full stud with a nut half way, or is the the stud that is smooth on on part underneath the nut?

Pretty sure it is the one with the smooth part as you call it. One of those big spacers is used with it. There is no spacer used with the one with the nut in the middle.

I already put the y pipe back on adn wopuld have to take it off again to get the botl back in and putt he sleeve/spacer in on the stud again?

 

All I can say is there are some folks that don't use it.

There was a thread on this before, and a bunch of guys we're not using it and had no problems. You should be fine as long as you have it supported by at least one of the front main brackets.

 

great thanks, justa randon question when i was poutting the maifolds on the sensor ont he drivers side broke that I beleive is the block drain plug as well. what sensor is that and is it pricey?
