Vented OPTI Tubes...
Vented OPTI Tubes...
Where can I get those? I have a 1995 T/A if it matters. Can I just use any old rubber hose? I bought a salvage yard engine and they cut both the rubber lines coming out of it. What is each one for...both are vents??
One line supplies filtered air from the intake elbow to the Opti, the other pulls a vacuum, by connecting the Opti to t port on the driver's side of the intake manifold. The harness includes a filter and a back-flow valve.
Shoebox has photos of the vent connections, and part #'s on his website:

If you already have a 95, you should already have all the hoses on the engine.
