Vented Opti Conversion

I have a 355 engine being rebuilt right now when I took the motor apart I got anti-freeze over my opti so it probably shot. I was wondering if you think it would be worth it to upgrade my 93 maro opti to the newer venti opti.

Input appreciated.

Landon

Re: Vented Opti Conversion

Yes. It allows you to run a better opti and a better timing chain.

Re: Vented Opti Conversion

How much do you think it will cost to do the conversion for all those parts listed?

Re: Vented Opti Conversion

Depends how you shop. If everything is new I would say close to 400-500. If you ebay or look on this site for used you could prolly get away with 200-300.
