Question vats security system

need help please my 96z wont start i thought i needed a new key i got a new one and the car still wont start i turn the car the accessries work but the car wont start and the alarm goes off it is the factory alarm and i have no remote transmitter to disarm the alarm i usually put the key in the ignition and im good but this last week my security light was on the friday morning i go out to go to work and no start anyone have this problem thanks please anyone now what this hooror is about

Probably the key lock cylinder is dirty. Just bypass like on shoebox's website.
