Looking for some insight on a bothersome P0303 code. Have replaced a bad lifter in my LT-1 with a new set of CompCam High Energy lifters. Lubrication to the #3 cylinder is much improved both on the intake and exhaust side, however the "ticking" noise is still evident and the P0303 code still comes up. The rocker is properly adjusted, the spring is not broken, the pushrod are cromoly and not bent or broken. I'd hate to jump to conclusions about having a bent valve. However, I know that is very possible. Any thoughts from anyone as to how likely it is that the intake valve may be sticking due to poor lubrication? There is no evident power loss at any RPM, but valvetrain noise is very noticable.

Anyone have any ideas before I start tearing this thing down again in frustration?
