Valvetrain Advice needed

So after a long and painful process of attempting to diagnose my cars major problems, i found out that my vacuum pressure is all over the place due to some bad lifters. (which is what i originally thought, never listen to ur mechanic )

Anyways, who makes some good Lifters for my LT1. Not only Lifters, but I would also like to replace my valve-springs while i'm in there as well as my pushrods.

Right now I am running the Hot Cam Kit on an otherwise stock engine. I hear a lot about the springs being weak, so that is the obvious reason I'm going to replace them. My car revs to about 6400 MAX right now.

I would like a good Lifter, Pushrod, and Valve-spring setup for the current state of my car, but i also want something to be quality enough in case i ever go with a slightly "bigger" cam in the future.

Thanx for the replies, i appreciate quick responses because i would like to order these parts ASAP to get my damn car running! Thanx again

I would try Combination Motorsports. If you tell them your situation and future plans, they can get parts that will do what you want.

I'm going to be running Comp R lifters, Comp Chromemoly Hardened pushrods, and I'm not exactly sure which springs my mechanic is going with.

That's just my recommendation though. I got all the parts but the lifters from Thunder. I got the lifters direct from comp.

I'm thinking of going with these parts:

Part #: 91-235-D
DESC: Isky 235-D Chrome Silicon Valve Springs, 1.260 OD Single Spring w/ damper, suitable to .550 lift, set of 16

Part #: 40-10621-16
DESC: Crane One-Piece Cold-Forged Pushrods, 7.200" (OEM Roller - Factory Length)

Part #: 63-850-16
DESC: Comp Cams OE Replacement Hydraulic Roller Lifters, SB Chevy & LS1

These are all from www.thunderracing.com Does anyone think I need anything to go with these parts? Is this good stuff for my Hot Cam Setup?
