Re: valve train...

These valve springs are huge, you may have interferance issues and they're overkill for your cam, look into the beehive 26918 spring from comp with the required retainers, locks and seats. Seats are not optional with aluminium heads. Get the GMPP guideplates instead of aftermarket for better rocker alignment.

Re: valve train...

I'd do Comp Hi tech 5/16" 7.200 pushrods for a bit more, instead of magnums. ARP 7/16" Studs I believe are $29.99 through Summit. Definately use the GMPP guideplates instead of whatever you have there. Does Jegs have free shipping, just wondering caues Summit does if thats another factor. You might consider the Crane LT1 spring kit for $140. Its got all the little parts included.

Re: valve train...

I don't see 10* locks to go with those 10* retainers. So YES you NEED valve stem locks.

You got

Camshaft
Guideplates
Roller Rockers
Studs
Springs
10* Retainers

You need

10* valve stem locks

You should concider

Valve stem seals
