Valve springs on trick flow heads good with 224/230 cam?

I believe my AFR's have the big block beehives setup @ 150 on the seat (set up by LE).

I believe you are talking about the 26120 beehives, these require longer valves to have the right spring pressures/installed height. Thats the information I got when setting up my valvetrain.

Yup. Here are the finished specs on my AFR210's:

Springs (Comp # 29120) set up at 1.880 and have 155 lbs on the seat

65 cc chambers

214 cc intake port
