Re: Valve springs kit?Retainer and locks included???
Ok with the help of the search button i ve found that i would need to maybe shim the spring.
So is it a good model:
http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku
And even if i have found that i will probably need to shim i still dont understand what to do.I understand how to install the valve spring height...
but what do i do after?
From shoebox sites:
Get the recommended height values for the spring pressure you need from your manufacturer or seller. Use shims if you need them to get the correct height.
Can someone explain?
Thanks

Re: Valve springs kit?Retainer and locks included???
The LT4 springs /retainers/ locks can go on with no fuss.. just put them on as is..
Also, I don't have the LT1 valve seal p/n's ..
You can use the stock LT1 shims/seats, or get the LT4 shims .. I believe they are the same thickness... either one will work OK..
When I did mine, I left the LT1 shim/seats in there, as I didn't need to change the valve seals, so I left the LT1 shims on..
