valve springs

i am putting an lt4 hotcam into an lt1, which valve springs will work with stock retainers, locks, seals, etc...

is there a popular spring that everybody seems to like (i know a lot of people here have a hotcam) or should i just get some lt4 springs?

Answered your own question.. LT4 springs are designed to work w/ the hotcam.. and a decent replacement spring as well...

LT4 springs will work, but are borderline.

Combination motorsports makes a spring kit that works on stock seats. Get the 612 spring kit, comes with springs, retainers, and locks. Good to ~600 lift and ~6500 rpm.

I would agree with Spinner, just go ahead and get the CMotorsports 612 kit.
