valve springs?

what type of valve spring should i get? I have 1.6rr's and the specs on my cam are 221/230 525 545 114lsa. What do i all need yet, retainers, springs locks? Is there any good packages that dont require modifications to the heads?

The part number on that crane kit is CRN-10308-1 and summit racing has them for $149 and they are great springs. They fit on stock head. Ive been using them for a while with no problems.

Crane has a double spring that doesn't require any machining...and it's cheaper than the 10308...

The 10308 is a dual spring that fits without machining. The $149 get you springs retainers and locks and you cant really beat that price.
