I'm going to be tearing apart the heads on my 95 LT1 383 to fix a smash job that whacked a few valves. I'm looking to lighten up the whole valvetrain and make it stronger so I can rev to about 7000rpm without worry.

What I'm looking for is some information on what I need to allow the valvetrain to keep up with 7k rpm reliably, and where I can find it. I've talked to some local gearheads, but they all seem to know less about high rpm and more about low rpm torque. If anybody can help, it is greatly appreciated.
