What lift are these springs good up to?
EX Components 612 Single Coil Extreme Performance Valve Spring

Also ill be runnging LT4 Hot Cam,1.6rockers,Ported Heads and Intake etc..what size valves would be the best to run? 2.0,1.6? or 2.02,1.6

 

not sure about the springs but the larger combo of valves you listed will require the valve seats to be machined. you can use the smaller set (2.00/1.56) on a stock seat just fine

2.00/1.56 is a good sized valve combo specially for what you are aiming for imo might even be a bit much

 

Well my heads are in the shop getting machined so it isn't a big deal. Can someone help me out on the springs? But does anyone else think 2.0 and 1.6 valves are good for my setup?

 

2.00/1.56 would be fine with the Hot Cam as Simple said. No pun intended!
