Re: valve spring help already did search
Options include Isky 235-D, Comp 26918, Crane 99893 (or the 10308-1 kit),
CM kits, K-motions, Manleys, etc. You need to decide what you want to spend
and then see where you stand. The 235-Ds are about $100, 26918s are $150,
the kits are more but also include retainers and locks. This is also assuming that
you are talking about stock aluminum heads.
If you decide to go with the Isky springs I have a NIB set of Comp titanium
retainers that are available, and a set of super locks. The retainers will work
with most single spring setups.

Re: valve spring help already did search
is the crane 10308-1 kit a significant upgrade from stock? somebody told me stiffer valve springs will give me significant power increase, i know i am pushing the limits with my stock springs.
thanks again
thanks again
Re: valve spring help already did search
I would use the springs that the cam manufacturer recommends. If you must go with a different brand the match the specifiations of the recommended spring.
Re: valve spring help already did search
Ran that same cam for a while with the CM 612's, I think comp makes them. Give combination motorsports a call, that's where I got mine.
