valve spring ???
I have I 230/236 .544 xe cam and plan to rev to 6200 rpm I think. What springs do I need to use? I have crane 10308-1 right now but not sure if they will work.

not sure about those springs but a good set to use would be ex612 from cmotorsports.com there site is down right now but there # is 1-702-798-8504 they are good to .600 lift

I just got a set of the ex612 springs. What should the installed hight be?
