Valve seal ?'s

Is it possible to buy just one seal? Where should I look to buy one?

Also can someone tell me what is involved in changing the seal?

Don't know about individually, but any auto parts store should have them if you want the stock type. Swapping the seal is covered in the valve spring swap on my Tech Page.

GM seals come in packs of four and five last time I bought them, depending on if its intake or exhaust. Aftermarket may come in singles

I just did mine, NAPA sold me just two for $1.80 each but they do sell them in a pack of 8. Just go to shoebox site which help me also on to removal of the valve. Once off the seal is just a reach away. took me less then 10 min to do two valve seal. Took longer just to get the valve cover off.
