You won't need new valves for the Crane kit.
If you feel like really working the geometry MAYBE you could use longer pushrods, but I doubt that will be necessary. Countless people have used the Crane kit on stock heads.
But as you provided no details on what you're doing, only you can be sure if you need the valves.
