I'm running the edlebrock elite series valve covers, but those were a major PITA the modify to work. I've had never seen them on an LT1, till now.

I was lookin at those composite LT4 covers, but every pair I find is 200+ effing dollars. And they are USED! I want them for the noise absorbtion, but not worth that much to me. I will hit up all the swap meets and find an old guy who just wants to unload them!

I am also using stock modified with a vise to flatter out the long side to clearance rockers.

I have a set of carbon fiber covers made by Carbon Components that replaced my composite LT4 covers. They are on a c-4 but should fit exactly like the composite ones. They are noticeably louder and pretty expensive, but they look incredible and require no clearancing.
