Going to be buying some 1.6 roller rockers and need to know if or how to get the stock valve covers to clear . Thanks for all the help .

all you need to do is clear the "web" fom inside the VC. You can either cut the middle part out or just bend it flat...

 

But dont take the bolt guide out, you will have oil leaks out the *** just like I did!

it depends on the type of rockers you buy. Some won't clear the LT1 valve covers. I had problems with the Harland Sharp 1.6 rockers and had to clearance them to fit.

Stick with Crane Gold or Comp Cam Pro Magnum and you should be fine.
