can i get some good pictures and advice on mods to valve covers to fit over roller rockers.

 

Install them first and see/hear if you even have a problem. My '97 Z28 has no problems with 1.6 Crane Gold self-aligning rockers. Other than that from what I have seen it requires cutting a little off the sides of the support structure but I don't have the link.

All you have to do is squeeze the ribs flat with some pliers. No big deal.

That's what I did with some linesman pliers. No cutting involved.
