Since my engine has almost 100k on it, and I have no history on the engine (pulled from a wreck), I was thinking that maybe a good way to get the valves clean would be to:

1. Loosen all the rockers to get all the valves seated.
2. Pull the fuel rail and injectors and 'inject' some Techron cleaner to sit on the valves and soak them for a few hours.
3. Pull the spark plugs and crank the engine to blow out the cleaner.
4. reassemble and run the engine to temp.

Sound feasible, or just plain 'hokey'?
