Vacuum leak?

My car is idling really rough I'm trying to figure out why. I replaced the intake gaskets a few weeks ago. I'm thinking maybe one of the gaskets slid out of place or something didn't seal right. I've tried to listen for a vacuum leak. Found a injector o-ring leaking but fixed it. Here is what a few of the sensors are reading at idle.

Left 02 310ish-700ish.
right 02 0xx-8xx
map 10.2-10.4
bar 28.x
iac 11
maf 4
lin 134-136
rin 128
rbl 128 (i unhooked the battery a few days ago)
lbl 128

It appears the problem is on the left side maybe? I cleaned the maf and checked the intake elbow for cracks.

4 gps (assuming those are the units, which you don't state) seems very low for mass air flow at idle. Appears it is getting air from somewhere after the MAF.

Are you saying the right integrator (short term fuel correction) is steady at 128, and not cycling - but the right O2 sensor is correctly cycling from rich to lean and back? Seems like a major contradiction.

Yes 4gps. The IAC is low so there is a vacuum leak somewhere. I just don't hear one though. I listened around the intake with a hose but didn't find anything. Considering the values does this appear to be a large leak?

I did not see the rin number moving but it was displayed for maybe 10 sec. The left was moving between 134-136. This is after driving for maybe 30 min.

It is stock cam and TB.

very common place is the rubber air intake elbow folding up on the bottom where it connects to the throttle body

you can also try to spray around the intake with some carb cleaner or 2+2 and listen for a change in idle sound or look for a change in your datalog

also you can try to disconnect the vacuum hoses from the intake one at a time to see if the problem goes away to narrow you problem down to one area
