V6 to LT1 swap

I just recently bought a 1994 Camaro RS with a 1993 LT1 swap. The guy I bought it from had a entire wrecked 1993 Z28 parts car and claimed he swapped everything. I can tell the entire front susp. was changed, along with the wiring and dash cluster, and the trans. He put a 700R4 in it. From what I've found out..the 700R4 came stock in a 1993 Camaro.

I was just wondering what are some things I would need to check to make sure it runs flawless come spring when I get it out. But hey for only $2200 I didn't think I could go wrong!

I would check your fuel pressure to see if he changed the pump. When i did my swap i left the stock pump and right now i am running 10psi less than i should which is causing some problems.

if u want to see if he changed everything, i think the front sway bars are different sizes, the diffirential should have lsd and rear disk brakes, maybe check the fans and radiator.

Thanks for your help, but how would you check your fuel pressure. Also what should it be at for a LT1? The entire front susp. was changed. He unbolted it as a unit and put it on the '94. I changed the radiator to an Lt1 reverseflow one. Would the stock single fan be able to keep the LT1 cool? I only have the larger single one.

maybe get a fan switch or a programer to change when it comes on so it is on more.

I would find a dual fan setup for your car. LT1's came stock with 180º thermostats. The rear end may be iffy.

When I bought the car I got the dual fan shroud with one fan. I would need to find another fan. The guy said he changed the entire wiring harness over. But the problem is I cant find the other plug for the secondary fan. My question is how would you wire the secondary fan in? Thanks

The top part of this diagram should be the same or similar to your wiring. Maybe the plug is hiding somewhere.
