v6 to lt1?

I have found a 94 camaro v6 with a blown head gasket for pretty cheap, but I was wondering how much it would cost/ what parts would be neccessary to convert it to an lt1
I havent bought it yet, just a thought. I have access to a nice Lt1, and could get a computher pretty cheap. but wiring? exhaust?
like i said just asking for some info from those with previous experience
Thanks,

Here is a link showing what you need as a minimum: http://www.tacreationsusa.com/3_4_3_8_v6_to_lt1.htm

It would help if you had an LT1 donor car and just swapped parts to the v6 car.

Actually, the link mentioned for the swap is somewhat of a bit overkill.

The v6 gauge cluster can be kept. Dakota Digital sells an $80 (+/-) tach signal interface that keeps that work of swapping clusters out of the equation...

Fuel pump will be fine for a street cruiser. For a full-out race car, well, you need more than factory issued fuel pump anyway...

Suspension...the v6 jazz will be fine. The 3.4L is a pig for what it is, so it's not like the front end will snap off from an LT1 sitting under the hood.

Rear axle swap isn't necessary. Like the suspension bit, great to have, but definitely not a huge must. Driveshaft from a v8 car is a must, pretty much.

You can use one fan for an LT1. Non-AC LT1 cars only use one fan anyway.

It's grunt work, but it's not rocket science. Myc ar cost me $200 and a project 1980 MGB roadster that cost me $350...it's easier to find an LT1 pullout than a young (mileagewise) 3.4L for cheap...
