Urgent Timing Chain Question
Take a look at these photos. I installed the cam and cranksprocket about a 1/2 a tooth off and wanted to make sure that this was acceptable. I have heard that this shouldn't make a difference. Also the 4 deg retard and advance notch are much much more exaggerated than this. I comparison I'm guessing that this is maybe .2 deg.
I was about to pull crank sprocket and realized I would likely scew chain up.
Confirm that this is cool as is or I just may have kill the dog.
Thanks for the help.

Re: Urgent Timing Chain Question
I did take it off and re align. I was just worried I'd screw up the chain.
I just took my sweet time pulling off crank gear. I have a 96 with long dowel pin which forces you to pull crank sprkt off quite a way to remove chain.
Thanks a bunch for the help guys. She looks perfect now. No point in Screwing around and worrying about it AYE.
Go seahawks.
Go FBODY freaks abroad!!!!!
