I have this same kit on my 97 SS and it is actually made by Innovative Wiring, LLC. This was one of the best mods I've made so far as the stock 21 year old cables were all corroded and nasty.

I can't remember the company I bought mine from, but I noticed my headlights were brighter and so were the interior lights.

This is akin to the Big 3 upgrade that is recommended when upgrading your stereo system in any vehicle with aftermarket amplifiers. This upgrade replaces three key cables in the electrical system with 1/0 gauge wire: the battery ground to chassis, the alternator to battery, and the chassis to the engine block. Not only will this improve your electric system but will also reduce ground loop interference with aftermarket amps.
