Hehe, well that depends on how much money you have.

The cheaper pulleys that dont fuction as harmonic balancers seem like a waste to me because you still have to tack the stock pulley/ballancer on. So then youd have a smaller pulley, with more mass... However they balancer/pulleys that are smaller (for the crank) are in the 200 dollar range sometimes. Just keep in mind also the all your accessories will now be running slower than before, that includes alternator, ac compressor, and power steering pump.

only go for the ASP pulley that acts as the harmonic balancer.
the others are only cheap stack-ons. the ASP will be worth the $ though

and how much stiffer does the sterring get???

And also i wouldnt want my waterpump or oil pressure or anything to drop... do those things run off the crank? or do they run of the main pulley as well?!?

The stock LT1 water pump is driven by a gear off of the timing assembly on the front of the engine. The oil pump is driven off the engine as well, not the belt. ARP has lotsa things... great good nice things.

www.summit.com carries ARP do a search there or some of the other sites
www.tbyrne.com
www.thunderracing.com
www.jegs.com

hundreds of sites out there... browse the board for a bit and you will find several

This subject gets beat around on here nearly weekly.

Little no HP advantage...however it does save wear and tear on you powersteering pump, especially if you do any auto-x or road racing.

I did both the underdrive crank and overdrive alt. and have no bad side effects and they have been on for over 4 years.

I have the March 2-pulley set. I figure if it frees up 1-2 HP, I will have 1-2 HP more than you.

If you have an M6, go for it! If you have an Auto then can you say dead battery in a couple of months??

I put one on when I put my CAI on and I noticed a difference, not sure if it was all the CAI or not but I do know that I went through 2 batteries in about 6 months and then took it off and its sitting here in my room.
