underdrive pulley question

I got a set of underdrive pulleys from someone a while back and went to install them does the crank pulley go in front of the current pulley or replace it? I am afraid to take off the stock pulley as it appears to be a balancer as well and that would not be a good thing to take off a balancer. Any pictures or comments?

The OEM balancer/pulley bolts onto the front of the underdrive pulley. The two pieces are used in conjunction.

1. Break loose the 3 balancer bolts and the altonator nut while the belt is on.
2. Remove the belt.
3. Remove the three balancer bolts.
4. Using a 3 jaw puller, pull the OEM balancer/pulley off the crankshaft.
5. Install the OEM balancer/pulley on top of the underdrive pulley and bolt them up using the longer bolts and torque to 65#.
6. Remove the altonator pulley nut and pulley.
7. Install new pulley and torque to snug.
8. Replace the belt and ensure it is tracking correct.
