"Turning" your exhaust into a catback

What parts would I need to install to convert my flowmaster into a catback? In other words what are extras in the flowmaster catback? Thanks

The only thing extra is the piping that comes with the muffler. The pipes are bigger diameter than stock, and are mandrel bent(pipe bends without kinks) so they flow much better around the bends. You could buy the mandrel pipes from summit then make your own, or take it to an exhaust shop to have then install them, You'll have to calculate your whole exhaust system so you know how much to order. If you don't feel like spending the extra money then just get a cutout. The only bends should be over the axle and connecting to the muffler.

Every car has a "catback". That is merely a generic description of the exhaust system from the catalytic coverter to the back of the car (cat-back).
