Turn on the radiator fans using a switch on an OBD1 car while the car is not on?

Exclamation Turn on the radiator fans using a switch on an OBD1 car while the car is not on?
Is there anyway you would be able to turn the radiator fans on while teh car is off like the obd2 cars? Im guessing its not possible cause the wiring limits it?

Mine basically connects power to the fans(low speed). I don't see how the obd2 is any different.

Shoebox explained it pretty good to me. I havent tried it yet. Maybe I will tommorow, now that I remember! Thread I also have the wiring diagrams for the SLP switch if you want them. E-mail me.
