Tuning OBDII

Well, here is my question:

I am building a new engine (fully forged 383, LE ported trickflows, healthy bauer cam, poted intake manifold). I am wondering what you all would recommend using for tuining this?

I want to stick with OBDII because all I have to do is have it plugged in so I can run O2 sims on gutted cats, no sniffer.

Also, what is a good datalogging program for OBDII cars? All of the ones I have seen only work for OBDI.

Thanks in advance.

Re: Tuning OBDII

You have a limited number of choices for do-it-yourself tuning with an OBD-II LT1.... LT1_Edit. For scanning/logging, AutoTap is for OBD-II.

Re: Tuning OBDII

Tunercat makes ODBII tuning software for 96-97 fbodys. I believe it's cheaper than LT1 Edit and it's not VIN locked.
