tunercat: tuner or RT tuner?

what's the difference between the two? RT is like $30 more, is it worth it? all i will do is increase and decrease my low/high speed cooling fans, shifting points, and all little stuff like that. i'm not planning to put a cam in my car. also, do i need a good labtop? i got a crappy one. please give me insights at this. thanks a lot

Well, considering the RT version won't work on your car...
