Tune Up Components?

My coil wire is arcing to my water pump, so I've decided to do a tune up; Plugs, wires, coil. Anyway I've decided to go with NGK TR-55 plugs and a MSD Blaster Coil. My only problem is deciding the wires. I have narrowed it down to 3 possible choices.

1. MSD 8.5mm Kit $79.99
2. Taylor 8mm Kit $49.99
3. Jeg's Branded 8mm Kit $29.99

I also have to get a MAF so that hurt my tune up budget. Has anyone tried or know anything about the Jeg's wires? I'll probably get the Taylor's but would like some feed back before I buy anything.

Also, I can't afford a Granatelli MAF or anything but I don't want to get the Cardone Remanufactured one from Autozone either. Where can I get a new one for a decent price? Thanks.

No need to replace the coil unless yours is failing; that will save you a few $. Also TR55's are a copper plug; they will only last 30K miles. You might want to throw in a platinum set to get you to 60K miles. I'd check the discount GM dealers for MAF prices, do a search on Dal or Jason Cromer. A new set of stock wires are a good solution; I've had great success with Accel 9000's, they run around $70.

Don't forget a fuel filter.

PCV Valve, air filter (or recharge it), fresh fluids, O2 sensors (depending on mileage).
