tune up

i have a 97 SS with 80,000 and i am planing on a tune up soon. my question is what plugs and wires do you guy's recommend i use. i'm thinking about ac delco plugs.

If your wallet is deep enough go with AC's. I have Autolite's they worked pretty good. It's time for some new plugs for me. I'm going with the much preferred NGK TR55's.

For stock or mild moded motor I'd go with the AC delco, maybe the NGK TR55 iredium. Changing plugs with these motors is not fun, so an extended life plug is good.
