Re: tune?

If you can get a dyno tune then that would be your best bet but if you can't then a mail order tune from pcmforless or madz28 would do the trick

Re: tune?

Where are you located? If going mail order I would suggest pcm4less with le stuff as Bryan Herter of pcm4less did Lloyd's tune (and mine )

Re: tune?

Just to show the benefits of a good dyno tune, I picked up 30rwhp with a dyno tune over a mail order tune when i put my 383 H/C motor together. I took the trip from New York to North Carolina to get Carolina Auto Masters to tune it.

Re: tune?

I guess I didnt really specify in my post, but I got a dyno tune from pcm4less. I originally had an le3 mail order tune from madz28 while I saved up money for my dyno tune. The base run on the dyno was with madz's mail order and I picked up 15hp when Bryan put his generic le3 tune on my car. I then picked up 15hp more from tweaking it on the dyno. So the dyno tune really is your best bet like others have said.

Re: tune?

Had really really bad luck with madz28 tune. Would not recomend. Local tuner did wonders over the mail order tune. I would steer way clear of anything mail order.

Re: tune?

Dyno would be best, but for your setup you will be fine with a mail order. Madz28 has a fantastic product

Re: tune?

there used 2 be a dyno tune in pelham, i cant remember the name but i wanna say it was called pelham performance. they did some work 4 a friend of mine back home and he said they were very good, i dont know how much of a difference it would be but he had them tune a supercharged mustangs, i would assume they could work on others as well.

Re: tune?

I had mine tuned by Madz and was very happy. I bought the package where updates are only $25.
