The part that the key goes in is turned to the right and will not go back so I can not lock the trunk. I looked at it but do not see a way to take out the key latch part out. Do I have to take out the whole outside panel to get to it. Any help would be appreciated. thanks Andel

Yep, you have to take that panel off. You will have to remove the taillamps first. All the fasteners are on the inside.
