Re: true duel exhaust Q's

the cost of parts all depends on what you decide to go with. i bought my x-pipe and mufflers for under 100$ off ebay. The labor was 200$ for an over the axle setup. Could have been cheaper if I just dumped the exhaust underneath the car somewhere. HP gains, prolly very little but my car sounds like an absolute beast now. Most people do true duals for the sound and not the hp. Do a search, there are 100's of posts on true duals.

2nd the vote on do a search.

$1,200 - pics in sig.

$400 for catalytics and $180 for the muffler so you can reduce this
by at least $500 w/o catalytics and a cheaper muffler(s).

And I should have said that you can do it for a lot less if you pass on
the mandrel bending. Someone has to pay for the $100,000 bending
machine.
