true duals and subframe connectors

true duals and subframe connectors

ive heard that w/ true duals youll have to sacrifice using an aftermarket t/a and subframe connectors, but in a recent thread i read that as long as you use a torque arm w/ stock mounting location itll work. i also heard that some subframe connectors wont work (i.e kenny brown d.d.), but regular ones will (i.e. hotchkis). but will the regular (straight) connectors work well enough?

Depends on how you do the true duals.

I have Double Diamond SFCs from www.sybersport.com and they fit great. About $189 shipped to your door.

For the torque arm you can't use Spohn but you can use BMR adjustables.

I have Double Diamond subframes and a BMR TA.
Biggest problem I have is the tranny crossmember not the SFCs or the TA.

The only problem I have had with mine is the drivers side tranny x-member but the exhaust guy did a great job of going under it. The SFC's were not even a issue and I have KB DD's.
